Service Systems to Maximise Your Business Opportunities at IJK!
1. Utilize Direct Mail Service (Registor in Advance)
We will send direct mail with your product information to leading buyers (importers, retailers etc.) before the show. This service aims at whetting the appetite of buyers and enticing them to your booth to conduct fruitful business. For further information please contact IJK Show Management.

 Leaflet Format
 
 Type A 
  Exhibitor to print (1 sheet/A4 size)
Exhibitors send their completed leaflets to Show Management for distribution.
 
 Type B 
  Show Management to print (1 sheet/A4 size)
Exhibitors send pictures and texts of products to Show Management to be translated,
formatted, and printed for distribution.
 Limitation
  Limited to the first 20 exhibitors per category (No limitation for Category 1)

2. Send out Invitation Tickets Thoroughly (FREE)
Japanese buyers give priority to exhibitors that have sent them invitation tickets and visit their booths first. Send out invitation tickets thoroughly to Japanese buyers in order to bring as many visitors as possible to your booth. You are able to obtain as many tickets as you need from Show Management.
3. Take Advantage of Company/Product Introduction Sheet in Japanese (FREE)

Show Management will prepare a company/product introduction sheet in Japanese to help you communicate more smoothly with Japanese buyers. You can distribute the sheets out to Japanese buyers which will be a good ice breaker to attract them to you booth.

4. Apply for Overseas Premium Buyers and Exhibitors Matching Service (FREE)
At IJK2010, we are planning to invite 650 overseas premium buyers from many Asian countries with free accommodation. To successfully attract these selected major buyers to your booth, Show Management has launched an "Overseas Premium Buyers and Exhibitors Matching Service". This unique program will allow you to attract more overseas buyers to your booth.
5. e-Guidebook (FREE)

Exhibitors are provided with an excellent opportunity to publicise their products online by uploading their product photos and descriptions on the IJK website.
